Evaluating competencies requires breaking classroom schemes; when dealing with evaluations of personality profiles, character, interests, etc. The evaluation should not be content with the completion of the task, but should provide means to know how to locate the student's difficulties. The evaluation must go through a series of phases that allow locating the levels of complexity that the student is able to overcome. The specific didactics of each discipline must provide differentiating elements in the forms and in the evaluation criteria. Therefore, evaluation constitutes a powerful element in education.
